Nestor Louie studio does its best to ensure that all paintings arrive safely with tight boxes/packaging and good packing supplies.
Sustainability: Sustainability is important to Nestor Louie Studio. Too many boxes are sent out and thrown away every day across the world. At Nestor Louie Studio we recycle boxes to minimize our impact. If your piece comes in a reused Amazon box… don’t worry, we are looking to help the planet.
Shipping timeline: All original paintings will be shipped out within 5 business days of purchasing. Prints are all custom ordered. Please allow for a 10 business day window to receive a print. Nestor Louie Studio will send out emails regarding when the print has been placed, and has been shipped out. Emails for original artwork will be sent when the piece has been shipped out.
Shipping Carrier & Cost: Artwork is primarily sent through USPS. The cost of shipping is already calculated in the art price unless it is specifically otherwise stated.
Return policy:
The return and exchange of non commissioned art work, including prints, is acceptable at Nestor Louie Studio. Nestor Louie Studio tries its best to make sure that the colors and representation of the physical product matches the online photos. However, color may vary in person from the digital images. Returns and exchanges are done on a case by case basis. To start your return, please send an inquiry on the contact page.
Damages & Refunds. Paintings are packed tightly and wrapped well to ensure that there are no damages. If there is a damage during shipping, Nestor Louie Studio will make it right.
What can’t be returned. Unfortunately, personalized items and commissions cannot be returned. Nestor Louie Studio works closely with the customer during the painting process to ensure that there are no surprises along the way. Nestor Louie Studio want’s the customer to love the piece and be happy with the product. If there is an issue, contact Nestor Louie Studio.
Payment Policy
Currently only credit card is offered online through Nestor Louie Studio. If you are local and approved, check and cash may be accepted.
